The UCG conference organizing committee has appointed a conference chairman to review the poster session in order to determine the best poster presentation. The conference chair decides which poster presentation will get the Best Poster Presentation Award.
The Session Chair, Evaluation Panel, and Conference Chair make the final decision. Persons with strong academic or/and industrial experience in the subject area make up the evaluation panel.

Submit your poster
In the form of a poster presentation, you will have the unique chance to mix visual and oral descriptions of your initiatives.
· Award for best poster: At the conference’s closing event, the three best posters will be recognized.
· The accepted poster abstracts will be published in reputable and supportive international journals with a CROSSREF-assigned unique DOI.
· The best posters will be given the opportunity to publish their entire work in one of the supported international journals at a reduced processing fee.
The selection of the winner will be based on:
· The following three criteria will be used to evaluate posters: Presentation Style (5), Research Quality (5), and Layout/Design (5).
· The poster’s presentation clarity and oral explanation are both excellent.
· The overall responses to the questions, as well as the thoroughness of the work, are judged by the poster
This reward will be available to all Posters participants. They must meet the following requirements:
* The presentations should be well-prepared presentation materials describing the research effort and should be related to the theme of the Pathology & Digital Pathology Conference
* It is necessary for the author and co-author to be registered and present details of the study effort and answer questions during the first and last hour of the scheduled poster session time at the Pathology & Digital Pathology Conference.
The awardees for the Best Poster Award will be chosen on-site (poster presenters who do not arrive on time will not be considered), and the winners will be revealed on Day 4 of the Pathology & Conference. The best poster honours come with a certificate and a prize.
The Award’s Scope
Submit Abstract
Each award includes a monetary prize as well as a certificate.
The awards will be presented on Day 4 during the closing ceremony. As a result, it is strongly advised that the author attend and participate in the session.
Process of Selection
The best poster presentations will be recognized at each Pathology & Digital Pathology International Conference and World Congress. Posters are judged by members of the UCG’s ECM Panel, with scientific rigour, contribution to the field, relevance to the conference theme, and overall presentation all being taken into account.
All of the posters will be reviewed by a UCG Poster Award Committee. The level of research work, the quality of the poster demonstration, and the clarity of the presentation will all be factors in determining the winner of the best poster prize.
